This application is developed and operated by Guangdong Greenway Technology Co.,Ltd, which is dedicated to providing users with battery health management services. Our registered address is No. 6 Tongsha Tonghuan Road, Dongcheng Street, Dongguan , Guangdong, China . The term “our” or “ours” shall be construed accordingly. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve all rights to change the name of the BATTERYMATE App.
“User” or “you” refers to the user of the BATTERYMATE App. The term “your” shall be construed accordingly.
In this Privacy Policy, we describe our practices in collecting, using, and providing personal information to external parties, and elaborate on your rights in respect of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and technical standards.
This Privacy Policy relates to your use of the BATTERYMATE App Services.When you download, install, launch, browse, log in or use our BATTERYMATE App Services, we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

BATTERYMATE App is a battery health management platform. Users can know the detailed condition of the batteries they are using by linking the batteries via Bluetooth on their cell phones.In this policy, we will explain to you the scope of personal information that may be collected for each function of our products and/or services, the purpose of collection, the method of collection, and the possible consequences of not providing your personal information. Please be aware that you can still use other functions of the BATTERYMATE App without providing the information necessary for the realization of each function.
We will collect and use the personal information you provide voluntarily or that is generated during your use of our products and/or services, following the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity, for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific needs, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before using it.
1.Account Registration and Login
1.1.The BATTERYMATE App does not require the user to log in with an account and can be launched to use the features.
2.Battery data information view, storage function
2.1 To provide you with our core Battery Health Management services ,with your authorization,We will collect the information of your battery after the successful binding so that you can know the condition of your battery.
2.2.When you use the code scanning function, with your authorization, we will turn on your camera privileges so that you can successfully scan the QR code of the battery to get the Bluetooth name of the battery to prepare for the subsequent device binding. If you refuse the camera authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect you to use other functions.
2.3 When you turn on and use the Bluetooth function of your cell phone. You can bind the acquired battery barcode as the battery Bluetooth device name. After successful binding, we will read the battery voltage, current, temperature, remaining capacity and other basic information of the battery in real time; when the battery is faulty, we will read the data related to the fault record of the BMS; when the battery is charging, we will read the data related to the charging record of the battery.
3.Secure Operation and Risk Control Verification.
The app has no secure operation and risk control verification.
4.Summary of Device Permission Invocation.
The following is a summary of the main permissions that we will ask for when providing BATTERYMATE App Services. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in the settings of the device. The display and methods of turning off permissions might differ on different devices. For details, please refer to the device and system developer's instructions or guidelines:

2.We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Minors are requested to be more aware and cautious when filling in their personal information, and to use BATTERYMATE App Services correctly under the guidance of their Guardians.
